Now Jade, Riviera Cancun is one of the best places to get married in Mexico. It’s a beautiful resort, and honestly the best food I’ve had in the Caribbean. It edges out Azul Sensatori by just a little.

Amanda and Matt were married at Hacienda Sarria and were down at the Now Jade, Mexico for a friends wedding. Lindsay and I were at the same resort for an attempted vacation (but of course, I brought a camera). Amanda saw an Instagram post I uploaded tagged at the Now Jade on Thursday, and said they were coming down on Saturday. I said that we’re for sure doing a sunset-ish beach shoot, and she responded with ‘should I bring my dress?’

Miss Oktoberfest 2012 Lindsay CoulterMy talented and beautiful girlfriend, Lindsay, won Miss Oktoberfest this year!

She’s been the busiest human being on the planet for the past week. She attends somewhere between 80-100 events between October 1st and 13th.
She also does the Chicken Dance somewhere between 80-100 times an hour.

I just want to say how proud I am of her, and that she makes an amazing PR girl for Oktoberfest and the KW area in general.

It’s been fun hearing her all over the radio, and on TV.
